The Process
We try to make our process easy for anyone. We know how intimidating getting a website up and running can be and we can walk you through each step as it’s taken. Here is the general steps we take with our clients to get a site up and running:
- Initial Consultation — The very first thing we do is have a consultation with you. We can do it over the phone or if you’re in the Boise, Treasure Valley area we can meet at your convenience. We’ll ask you for any background information on your project and find out what your goals are, expectations, etc.
- Site Architecture — After our call, we’ll work together to finalize the site architecture. What pages are needed for the website, and any other functionality. You’ll then provide any content/copy that is needed for the website. Copywriting is not included in any of our packages but we can offer this service at request.
- Site Design — Based off of any requirements given, we’ll design 1-2 custom site designs. After review, you can have up to 2 revisions on your chosen design.
- Website Development — After the architecture and design is approved we’ll develop your site. All of our sites are coded using strict XHTML and CSS and the latest in web standards. With the Standard Package your site will be built on the WordPress platform so you have the ability to edit your content and use the blog feature for either a blog or perhaps simply as a tool to announce news or events.
- Site Launch — Once the site is complete and to your approval, we’ll launch the site under your domain name either on a hosting account of your choosing or on our server. See more about web hosting.
- Additional Support — We don’t just leave you at this point. If you ever have any questions or need additional support to your website, we’re here to help. We offer search engine optimization packages as well as email marketing to help you reach more visitors.
